ICONMEDIA produces public affairs programs on environmental, labor, peace and social justice issues.

Stefan Wray and Pam Thompson started ICONMEDIA in 1999.

Both have worked in radio, as KOOP radio (91.7 FM) newscasters, as low-watt radio supporters, and producers for Free Speech Radio News.

In 2000, they helped start the Austin Independent Media Center.

Their first video documentary in 1998 focused on an unlicensed radio station in San Marcos, Texas.

In 2000, they became producers at Austin’s public access television, then called Austin Community Access Center, now Public Access Community Television.

New Site Design

I've had the domain iconmedia.org since 1999. It's gone through a number of transformations. Right now, I'm building it using drupal. It's not finished yet -- obviously if you are looking at it right now. But in the long run, I think it will be a better site.
